2. Our services

Parfanet provides professional corporate cleaning, relocation and premises clearance services across the Lake Geneva region. Each service is subject to a personalised quote prepared after assessing your needs.

3. Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are free and based on the information provided.
• A quote becomes contractual once confirmed in writing by the client.
• Any additional service not initially planned requires prior agreement.

4. Cancellation

Any cancellation must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled intervention date. Late cancellations may incur fees corresponding to team mobilisation.

5. Liability and insurance

Our teams are trained, declared and covered by professional liability insurance suited to the value of the goods entrusted. Any claim must be reported to us within a reasonable time after the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.
