High-pressure cleaning in Geneva & Lausanne
Moss, urban pollution, grease and graffiti become embedded in your outdoor surfaces. Parfanet restores the original appearance of façades, floors and car parks across the Lake Geneva region with professional high-pressure cleaning.
When the broom is no longer enough
Some soiling resists all standard upkeep: moss and lichen on a north-facing façade, black pollution marks on a surface, grease embedded in a car-park floor or tags on a wall. Under the humid climate of the Lake Geneva region, these deposits settle for the long term and end up degrading the materials themselves.
Parfanet deploys professional high-pressure cleaning for companies, property managers and local authorities in Geneva and Lausanne. Depending on the surface and the soiling, we adjust the pressure, water temperature and nozzles to clean effectively without damaging the substrate, whether concrete, stone, paving or cladding.
A technique adapted to each substrate
High pressure is not just about blasting water with force: soft stone, render or fragile cladding require controlled pressure and sometimes hot water or steam to preserve the material. A wrong approach can carve out a joint or mark a façade irreversibly.
Our operators assess each substrate before intervening and select the appropriate process: cold high pressure for robust floors, hot water for industrial degreasing, a gentle technique for sensitive façades, or a dedicated anti-graffiti product. Run-off water is managed in compliance with local environmental constraints and the protection of Lake Geneva's waters.

Frequently asked questions
Could high-pressure cleaning damage my façade?
Not with a controlled approach. A façade in soft stone, render or fragile cladding requires reduced pressure and sometimes a gentle technique or hot water. We diagnose each substrate before intervening and adapt the process to clean without carving out or marking the material.
Can you remove graffiti from a wall or metal shutter?
Yes. Graffiti removal is part of our services. Depending on the substrate and the type of paint, we combine high pressure with specific anti-graffiti products. For regularly tagged surfaces, a protective treatment can facilitate future cleaning.
Do you handle degreasing of car-park and dock floors?
Yes. Car-park floors and technical docks accumulate grease, hydrocarbons and tyre marks. We use hot-water high pressure and suitable degreasers to clean these surfaces and improve their safety and appearance.
How do you manage run-off water?
Water protection is a strong requirement in the Lake Geneva region. We control the volume of water used, direct run-off to the appropriate drains and adapt our products to local environmental constraints, to protect the waters of Lake Geneva.
Do you work on underground car parks in Geneva?
Yes. We clean both outdoor and underground car parks, including access ramps, bays and slabs. We coordinate our visits with the property manager or operator to limit disruption to users and respect ventilation constraints.
How often should a façade or outdoor floor be cleaned?
It depends on exposure and environment. A north-facing façade gets covered in moss faster, a busy outdoor floor gets dirty continuously. We generally recommend annual or biennial cleaning and offer periodic maintenance contracts to keep the appearance over time.
